Even though I accidentally sent the wrong shipping address and forgot about my order for months, I remessaged and was sent my ties right away, in which they arrived shortly. 10/10 customer service. Other than that the tie is really nice and I’m so so appreciative that the keeper loop is firmly sewn on (that’s always the first part to break in a cheaply made tie, which this is not). Also I got a mystery tie which is a matching darker temperature of blue which will match most every shirt.
